Background
Xinjiang Top-Cellu Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 with a registered capital of 150 million yuan, it is located in the Kuitun Dushanzi Economic and Technological Development Zone, a national development zone in Xinjiang. Top-Cellu is a joint venture of Manas Xiangyun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. and Kuytun Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., which is a mixed ownership enterprise specializing in the research & development, production, application, sales and service of cellulose ether, and also fills the gap in the cellulose ether industry in Xinjiang.
Project Overview
The project will be completed in three phases with a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan.The first phase of the project has an investment of 800 million yuan, producing 60,000 tons of HPMC & HEMC, and 120000 tons of Methyl Chloride annually, with an annual output value of about 1.7 billion yuan.The second phase project has an investment of 1.1 billion yuan, with an annual output of 20,000 tons HPMC for Food additives and Pharmaceutical excipients, 20,000 tons HEC for daily chemicals and coatings, and 40000 tons HPMC for building materials, with an annual output value of approximately 2.9 billion yuan.The third phase project has an investment of 500 million yuan, with an annual production of 100,000 tons of Chlor-alkali chemical for self-use, and an annual output value of about 500 million yuan.
